Updating the Whillo App

With the launch of the Music option on Whillo we’ve revamped and updated the Whillo app!

To see all of your tracks please update your Whillo app to the latest version. For instructions on how to do so, see below.

How to update your Whillo app to the latest version:

Android Users:

-Head to the Google Play Store and select your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
-Select Manage apps & device
-Then choose the “Updates Available” option.
-From there you can update the Whillo app.
(Alternatively, you can simply delete your existing Whillo app and redownload it from the Play Store. This will ensure you have the latest version. You will need to log in again)

Apple Users:
-Open the App Store.
-Tap your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.
-Scroll to see pending updates and release notes.
-Tap Update next to an app to update only that app, or tap Update All.
(Alternatively, you can simply delete your existing Whillo app and redownload it from the App Store. This will ensure you have the latest version. You will need to log in again)

The easiest way to tell if your app is updated is if you open your app and look at the bottom bar. You should now see a “Books” and “Music” option in your app. If you don’t, you may need to delete and reinstall the Whillo app on your device.

PLEASE NOTE: You may need to close and re-open your app after upgrading your subscription and may need to “refresh” the screen by swiping/pulling down in the middle of the screen.
